So far, the Municipalities of Thessaloniki & Kalamaria have
taken decisions not to accept such a circus in their area.

ANIMALS IN LABS: In Europe alone every year, around 38,000
animals continue to be tortured and killed in experiments to
develop new ingredients for cosmetics. Most of them are
unnecessary and unreliable.

FUR: Synthetic fabrics, both warmer and lighter than
fur, have eliminated the need to kill animals for their fur.
Yet each year more than 40 million animals are killed for
their fur. It takes about 40 dead animals to make a fur coat,
but only one person to make a difference. Be that person.

BULLFIGHTING: More than
10,000 bulls are tortured and killed each year in Europe's
bullrings. Bullfighting is common in Spain, Portugal,
France, Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru. If
you are visiting any of these countries, make sure you let
people know that you disapprove of bullfighting and never
pay to attend one.

DOG FIGHTING: It is
illegal in Greece but still happening.
Many dogs are seriously wounded and their training
includes the killing of many puppies, stray dogs and cats.
If you notice a place where dog fighting go on, please go
to the police immediately.

Please, do not spread, not even to share comments about it.
The more people access the site, the more difficult it becomes
to get it out of the Net. This was a bad joke on behalf of an
American student. Even FBI has investigated it. Let's just
pass on the news that all that story is a fake. This way,
we'll be helping to avoid the occurrence of a real tragedy.
